Class Dojo

We use Class Dojo to communicate important information pertaining to the class and also the wider school. We also use the messaging tool in order to communicate directly with parents when this is necessary and appropriate. 

Tapestry 

All children have an individual Tapestry account. We use the Tapestry platform to upload photos, videos and written observations of  individual, group and whole class learning. Parents can also upload photos and videos in order to share any learning experiences the children have undertaken outside of school. 

Physical Education

We do P.E on Tuesday mornings. Children can come to school wearing their school P.E kit and they will remain in their P.E kit for the remainder of the day. Parents and children are reminded that appropriate sports footwear must be worn and any earrings removed prior to the children coming to school. Stud earring are permitted, however they must be taped over.

Homework

Homework is sent out every Wednesday and consists of a phonics practise sheet. Children are further expected to engage in daily reading practise using their phonics home readers and also share reading for pleasure stories with parents/carers.
